A vibrant single-origin from Tolima, offering medium acidity and a rounded body with tasting notes of dark chocolate, mango, and peach. Grown at 1,500–2,100 m, this Excelso, EP-graded bean (Caturra, Castillo, and Typica) is washed and sun-dried by the Café del Macizo cooperative for a beautifully complex cup.
